LIFT Music has partnered with Legends & Legacies to co-create a new podcast introduction with participants at Mycenae House. The collaboration brings together music and storytelling to help older adults express themselves, share their experiences and remain connected to their communities.

We’ve recently started working with Legends & Legacies Matthew Marsh https://lnkd.in/enuAX7X3, a South East London organisation capturing and preserving the stories of older adults, both privately for families and through their community podcast at Mycenae House “Reach Out” programme.
They have created a new podcast intro using LIFT Music, co-produced with the three hosts at Mycenae House (Tim, David & Robin). Watch the video below to see how they got on! 🎬
What’s exciting about this collaboration is the overlap in what we’re trying to do: creating spaces where people can express themselves, be heard, and actively participate, whether through storytelling or music.
It’s a small piece of work, but part of a much bigger shared aim: making sure people’s voices, identities and experiences are not only preserved, but continue to be lived and expressed.
